Stronger and Better

So it has been decided. I am back on track. I won't be going for the service as planned previously.

Now that I am back, I will ensure that Casa de Cabras is upgraded to a revamped Version 2.0. Our main operation will be in Kuala Krai. Mainly because the land there is privately owned. Access to variety of forage is also a deciding point in merging the two operations.

There will be more updates, content and knowledge sharing. This would mean that I have to use a laptop to update this blog instead of using my phone.

The total number of does in production will be kept at 250 heads. Targeted minimum kidding rate is 2.0, this would be made possible by young does that are active breeders with kidding interval of less than 6 months and seasoned breeders that give 2 or more kids per refreshing. Mortality of kids is projected to be 10% at most.

We will be sourcing for young and matured does to replace the stocks that perished in the flood late last year. The final number depends on current purchase price.

Last but not least, I've decided not to go.

Salam hormat!!
